This form is to request a knox box for a residence.

The Cinnaminson Fire Department has established a Residential Knox Box Program for citizens of Cinnaminson Township. The Residential Knox Box is a high security key safe that only Cinnaminson Emergency Services personnel can access. With this box in place, emergency responders can quickly gain access to your residence without forcing entry in the event of an emergency and the occupants cannot get to the door or unlock it. We simply remove your entrance key stored inside the box, provide whatever assistance is needed, and re-lock your door when we leave.

The Residential Knox Box is ideal for individuals:

• With a history of medical problems
• Recuperating from a hospital stay
• Living alone
• Using an electronic calling or medical alert service

The Fire Department offers free participation in this program through the use of Fire Department-owned boxes for residents in immediate need. As there are a limited number of boxes participation may not be available immediately.
