BY ORDER OF THE FIRE MARSHAL

IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE ALARM ACTIVATION OF
THIS FIRE ALARM PANEL

DO NOT SILENCE OR RESET

EVACUATE THE BUILDING IMMEDIATELY AND
AWAIT FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVAL

FIRE ALARM MAINTENANCE

If conducting any type of fire protection testing or maintenance to the fire protection system, you must call the Cinnaminson Fire District # 1 Bureau of Fire Prevention at 856-829-5220 and your monitoring company. (If testing with a Cinnaminson Fire Inspector do not call monitoring company).

Please give each office the following information:
Your Name
The name of the protected premises
The phone number at the business
The type of work being done to the system
Time the system will be out of service

All management employees are to be trained in this procedure, failure to follow these procedures will result in fines up to $5,000.00 per occurrence in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:70-2.12(b)4.ii
