Chief Kramer,
I want to express our gratitude to the Cinnaminson Fire Department for their assistance and hospitality while planning Trooper Cullen’s funeral. It was a difficult week for us requiring a lot of hours by many during the planning for the services. The hospitality from your Department was greatly appreciated. Having the ability to host our meetings and work out of your Station during the planning phase cut down on the hours we would have spent driving back and forth from locations.
Additionally, the Firemen from your Department went beyond what we would have ever expected. They made us feel welcome at all times, as if it was our home for the week. From walking in at all times of the day and night, to parking our vehicles in the parking lot for days leading up to and after the funeral; their hospitality was greatly appreciated by all of us.
I would be remiss not to mention Peg Ricciuiti and her overwhelming acts of kindness. As you know law enforcement and firemen need to be fed. She was there and made sure there was enough food and drinks for all of us, made sure we were not working through hunger and able to concentrate on the task at hand.
Lastly, the hanging of the American flags both on Pamona Road and at the cemetery was greatly appreciated. We realize it takes time and effort to set them up and take down, especially on a rainy day. It was a honor Trooper Cullen deserved and could not have been done without your Fire Department.
On behalf of the members of the State Police, I want to thank you and your Fire Department for their support and dedication during the funeral services for Trooper Cullen.
Respectfully,
Capt. R. Linden #5293
